Inclusion Criteria
•18 years to 80 years
•Patients with more than 48 hours of ICU admission
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients referred from other hospitals
•Patients shifted from ward to ICU
•Patients with indwelling catheters like central venous line, urinary catheter, hemodialysis catheter, arterial line on admission
•Patients intubated or tracheostomised before admission to ICU
