Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA Grade 1 and 2
- •2\. weight from 35 Kg to 70 Kg
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Lumbosacral Spine Pathologies
- •2\. Cardiovascular and Neurological Diseases
- •3\. Uncontrolled diabetes
- •4\. Pregnancy
- •5\. Known allergy to the interventional drugs i.e. local anaesthetics, steroids
