Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA Grade 1 and 2
2. weight from 35 Kg to 70 Kg
Exclusion Criteria
1.Lumbosacral Spine Pathologies
2. Cardiovascular and Neurological Diseases
3. Uncontrolled diabetes
4. Pregnancy
5. Known allergy to the interventional drugs i.e. local anaesthetics, steroids

Name Time Method 1.To evaluate patientâ??s relief in terms of Global Pain Scale (GPS) scoring. <br/ ><br>2.Requirement of rescue analgesics on weekly basis <br/ ><br>3.Complication, such as pain, bleeding, infection or any other, occurring during and after the injection shall be noted. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: GPS score before and 4 weeks after intervention. <br/ ><br>Number of times rescue analgesics taken. <br/ ><br>Pain, Bleeding, Hematoma. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
