In Thailand, the mobile application for DM prevention has been limited to conduct the effects of mobile phone applications on improving healthy behaviors particularly among adults with prediabetes in urban areas. However, there have been so far no such a study for collecting and analyzing data for evaluate their achievement of any application for DM preventive measures in Thailand.

Inclusion Criteria

1)Participants live in Muang Phitsanulok.
2)Participants who had aged 30-59 years.
3)Participants who were prediabetes as defined by fasting plasma glucose between 100 mg/dL and 125.9 mg/dL or postprandial plasma glucose between 140 mg/dL and 199.9 mg/dL
4)Participants who has access to internet on smartphone.
5)Participants having of smartphone.
6)Participants who can use application in daily life.

Exclusion Criteria

1)Participants who diagnosed as diabetes.
2)Participants who are pregnant woman.
3)Participants who were participation in another clinical trial.

Primary Outcome Measures

Healthy behaviors (dietary habits and physical activity) At baseline, 3 months and 6 months. Self-reported questionnaire of physical activity frequencies (days per week) and dietary habits frequencies (times per week)

Biochemical parameters At baseline and 3 months. Participants were collected blood samples by the physician from Biolab medical technic clinic at health promoting hospitals.
