Inclusion Criteria

pregnant women from 15 years of age; be attended at the Basic Unit of Health of choice for the study; have cognitive ability to participate in the research; know how to read; have a smartphone that supports the application and have access to the internet.

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women from the third trimester of gestation and who are not registered in the Basic Health Unit.
