Inclusion Criteria
Patients> 35 years and elective surgery (RALPE) for prostate cancer.
Exclusion Criteria
Rejection by the patient; Pre-existing diagnosis of neurological diseases (head trauma, craniotomy, stroke), drug abuse, language barrier.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Postoperative complications based on the Comprehensive Complication Index (CCI). The CCI is an established index that converts all complications that occur within the first 30 postoperative days, both according to type and severity, into a point scale (CCI) from 0-100. The value 0 stands for the lowest, the value 100 for the highest severity.
