Inclusion Criteria
- first diagnosis cardiovascular disease
Exclusion Criteria
- Severe liver and kidney disease or cancer
- Limb movement disorder
- Cognitive impairment
- History of malignant arrhythmia or severe heart failure patients have a high risk of sudden death
- Diabetes
- Cerebrovascular disease
- History of atherosclerotic disease hospital
