Inclusion Criteria
- ASA Physical status I and II.
- Elective laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
- ASA physical status III,IV and V.
- Patients with aortic stenosis.
- Patient with history of congestive heart failure,liver disease,renal failure.
- Patients with any degree of atrioventricular block.
- Patients taking beta blocker and monoamine-oxidase inhibitors.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare the outcome attenuation of hemodynamic response to pneumoperitonium and post operative analgesia during general anaesthesia in laparoscopic assisted general anaesthesia Parameters like Heart rate,Systolic Blood pressure,Diastolic Blood pressure,Mean arterial Blood pressure and oxygen saturation are will be monitored at Baseline,Before induction,3 mins after Intubation,Before pneumoperitoneum,10 mins after pneumoperitoneum,then at every 30 mins interval till 180 mins.Along with this, above mentioned parameters will also be monitored 10 mins after pneumoperitoneum release and ten mins after extubation.VAS Pain Score will be monitored .
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method HR,SBP,DBP,MAP ,Spo2,VAS score and complications like bradycardia and hypotension are monitored. 5 hours
