- •ASA grade 1 & 2
- •GCS 15/15, scheduled for supratentorial craniotomies
- •surgery duration lasting less than 360 minutes
排除标准
- •Emergency cases
- •patients with uncontrolled hypertension or preoperative bradycardia
- •IHD or cardiac arrhythmias
- •chronic alcoholism and chronic drug abusers
- •Past history of craniotomy
- •Drug allergy to local anaesthetics and or clonidine
- •Patient refusal
