Inclusion Criteria
age 20 to 50 years belonging to ASA I and II
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs.
Patients with bleeding disorders, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
Pregnant and lactating women, patients with epilepsy.
Patientâ??s refusa,Local site infection, Patients diagnosed to have neurological diseases.

Name Time Method comparison of duration of post operative analgesia with erector spinae block in both groupsTimepoint: pain intensity of the patient will be measured at 1, 6, 12, 18 and 24 hours post surgery using VAS scoring.
