- •3-History of chronic tonsillitis for more than 3 month
- •4-ASA grade 1 and 2

- •Acute pharyngeal infection
- •Peritonsillar abscess formation
- •Cardiovascular, renal or liver disease
- •Neurological or psychiatric disease
- •Coagulation disturbances
