Inclusion Criteria
1-Age of patient 4-14 years
2-Gender- Male and Female
3-History of chronic tonsillitis for more than 3 month
4-ASA grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
Acute pharyngeal infection
Peritonsillar abscess formation
Cardiovascular, renal or liver disease
Neurological or psychiatric disease
Coagulation disturbances
