Women between 18-65 year old who are suffering from migraine according to ICD-III diagnostic criteria
Tending to participation in research study
Patients who have not been referred for follow-up for any reason.
Having other types of primary headaches at the same time like exertional headache, tension headache, cluster headache, medication overuse headache.
Causes of secondary headaches including cervicogenic headache, temporal arthritis, drug induced headache, and other causes of headache like trigeminal and occipital neuralgia, tumor
Performing regular craniocervical stretching and strengthening exercises before entering the study
Performing other non-pharmacological therapeutic interventions for the treatment of migraine (including physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, etc.) during the study and immediately before entering the study
Pregnancy or deciding to become pregnant
Lactaion
Existing a physical limitation to do prescribed exercises
Suffering from a mental disorder
Changes in the patient's treatment method according to the physician consideration or doing other treatments by the patient during the study.

Name Time Method Pattern of migraine headache. Timepoint: before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Evaluation the logbook provided to patients regarding headache attacks based on severity, duration, frequency and frequency of use of drugs for the treatment of acute headaches or changes in the dose and number of migraine prophylactic medicines, recital one month before the start of the study and during 8-week study period.
