简要总结
This study is to compare the general power training vs plyometric training exercises in healthy athletes who are in high-magnitude sport for minimum of 1 year duration. The study will take place in Delhi NCR. on day 1, all the outcome measures electromyographical, fitness and physiological data will be collected. At the end of 6th week, again all the data will be collected.
