Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Consent\-capable patients aged 18 years and above, currently undergoing treatment at the PIA (Psychiatric Institute Outpatient Clinic), and attending one or more sports groups
  • •\- Sufficient proficiency in German
  • •\- Sufficient visual and reading abilities
  • •\- Internet access
  • •\- Ownership of a smartphone capable of downloading the app
  • •\- Ability to independently answer the questionnaires

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
