Inclusion Criteria
Consent-capable patients aged 18 years and above, currently undergoing treatment at the PIA (Psychiatric Institute Outpatient Clinic), and attending one or more sports groups
- Sufficient proficiency in German
- Sufficient visual and reading abilities
- Internet access
- Ownership of a smartphone capable of downloading the app
- Ability to independently answer the questionnaires

- Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Name Time Method Measurement of goal achievement, barriers, and potential support strategies in the sports program will be assessed at the end of the intervention using participant usage data
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Effectiveness in terms of improvement in current well-being (PHQ-9) and quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF) through the sports groups will be evaluated, as well as an adapted questionnaire to measure patient satisfaction with the sports program (ZUF-8)
