- •duraion of surgery within 120 minutes

- •allergic to local anaesthetic drugs
- •coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
- •local site infection
- •preexisting neuromuscular disorders
- •congenital anomaly of lower back
- •mental retardation/delayed development
