Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant women coming for caesarian sections under spinal anaesthesia through pfannensteil incisions of American society of Anaesthesiologists grading of Physical status II, with written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria : Patient refusal, those with a history of cardiorespiratory illness, allergy to medications used, or chronic use of pain medications or those on adrenoceptor agonists or antagonists.
