- •-Receiving opiates.
- •-Mechanically ventilated.
- •-Suitable for or receiving enteral nutrition.
- •-Likely to stay in the ICU for at least 72h

- •-Age <18 years.
- •-Contraindications to the use of enteral naloxone/oxycodone combination.
- •-Have a colostomy
- •-Bowel obstruction
