Having a minimum undergraduate degree in nursing
Having at least one year of post-graduate clinical experience
Having a smartphone with telegram installation
No psychiatric disease
No anti-anxiety medications
Exclusion Criteria

Name Time Method urse communication skills with the patient. Timepoint: Measure communication skills before multimedia education in both groups and reassessment eight weeks after multimedia education without intervention in group A and eight weeks after multimedia training and intervention in group B. Method of measurement: Barton.J.E questionnaire.;Barton JE's Questionnaire Score. Timepoint: Measurement of communication skills at the beginning of the study before intervention, eight weeks after training and intervention. Method of measurement: BartonJ.E.
