Fencers with 3yrs of experience
No recent injuries at the time of training ( <1month)
Participants willing to perform
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants with lower extremity injury
2. Participants with less than 3 years of experience in fencing
3. Overuse injuries
4. Participants with ankle instability
5. Participants with sprain & strain.
6. Recent fractures
