Inclusion Criteria

male, strength training experiences, active and healthy, junior handball player, shoulder free of pain and injuries

Exclusion Criteria

neurological disease, injuries of the throwing shoulder which hinder a proper training, a pathological shoulder with zysts, no medication which hinders performance or regeneration, no virus or bacterial infects, other diesase which weaken a high performance, subjects with a pacemaker, subjects with metallic or magnetic structures not removable inside the body cannot be recruted

External rotators strength and flexibility testes with an isokinetic dynamometer ISOMED2000:<br>- mean and peak torque for 30 and 60°/s eccentric and concentric<br>- maximum range of motion, maximum stiffness, tension-angle curvature<br>Muscle adaptions tested with 3T Siemens Prisma MRI scanner, 16-channel shoulder coil, dti-based fiber tracking:<br>- muscle tract length<br>- absoulte muscle tract volume<br>- muscle volume
