Subjects requiring bilateral first premolar extractions in either or both maxillary and mandibular arches for orthodontic treatment.
Subjects with healthy first premolars with no history of any therapeutic procedure and/or trauma.
1.Subjects with signs of periodontal disease.
2.Subjects with history of any prior systemic disease or long term medications affecting bone metabolism.
3.Subjects with history of previous orthodontic treatment.
4.Subjects with radiographic signs of pre-existing root resorption.
