Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Will be included in the study athletes who:
- •Practice male volleyball, under 15 and under 17\.
- •Attend the Uberaba City Sports Training School.
- •Whose guardians agree to sign the free and informed consent form;
- •Have a training frequency of twice a week and maintain weekly training hours of at least nine hours.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Athletes will be excluded from the study if:
- •Be suspended from training program;
- •Have muscle injury in the intervention period and / or evaluation for some game;
- •They underwent orthopedic surgery in the knee, ankle, hip during the evaluation period and / or intervention;
- •Do not attend the evaluations and / or interventions for two consecutive days;
