Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA 1 \& 2 patients posted for surgeries below umbilicus
- •Age 18 years to 70 year
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known bleeding diathesis
- •Neuromuscular disease
- •Local skin infections
- •Severe back deformities
- •Raised intracranial pressure
- •Severe Stenotic valvular lesions
- •Cognitive dysfunction
- •Pregnant patients
