Inclusion Criteria

•ASA 1 \& 2 patients posted for surgeries below umbilicus
•Age 18 years to 70 year

Exclusion Criteria

•Known bleeding diathesis
•Neuromuscular disease
•Local skin infections
•Severe back deformities
•Raised intracranial pressure
•Severe Stenotic valvular lesions
•Cognitive dysfunction
•Pregnant patients
