Inclusion Criteria
Age 18 - 65 years
ASA PS 1-2
BMI 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m2
Mallampati grade 1-2
Elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Neuromuscualr disease
Renal insufficiency
Hepatic insufficiency
Allergy to study drugs
Breast feeding or pregnancy
Anticipated difficult airway
Heart block
Recent histort of URTI
