- •1.Patients with Skeletal class II due to mandibular retrusion
- •2.Patients with ANB angle greater than 5°
- •3.Patients with FMA less than 28°
- •4.Patients in Cervical Vertebrae Maturation Index 3 and 4
排除标准
- •1.Patients having previous history of orthodontic treatment
- •2.Patients having congenital anomalies such as cleft lip and palate, Hemifacial microstomia and Craniofacial syndrome
- •3.Patients with respiratory problem and nasal stenosis
- •4.Patients undergone surgery in craniofacial region or for adenoids
