Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA P.S. 1 or 2
2. Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Acute angle closure glaucoma
2. Myasthenia gravis
3. Allergy to propofol
4. Allergy to remimazolam
5. Revised Cardiac Risk Index >0
6. Sleep apnea syndrome
7. BMI greater than 35
8. Previous thoracoplasty
9. Previous pneumonectomy
