Inclusion Criteria
Patients between age 18-60 years.
Patients of fistulectomy wound.
Exclusion Criteria
Fistula-in-ano due to Tuberculosis, ulcerative colitis, Crohnâ??s disease, carcinoma.
Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Hepatitis-B, HIV, AIDS & STD.
Unwilling patient.
