Inclusion Criteria

Patients with classical sign and symptoms of Janusandhigata vata

Patients between age group of 30 to 70 years irrespective of religion sex sociology economic status occupation will be included for study

Patients willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion Criteria

Patient suffering from diseases like Psoristic arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis Tuberculosis Carcinoma Liver diseases Renal diseases and SLE etc

Physiological condition s like pregnancy and laction

Psychiatric illness

Patients with arthritis other than Sandhigatavata will be excluded like Vatarkta(Gout)
