1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic nephritis and the TCM criteria for Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;
2. The 24-hour urine protein quantitative is 0.2g/24h-3.0g/24h;
3. Kidney function is within the normal range;
4. Aged 18-80 years old;
5. Hypertension, severe infections, water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders are effectively controlled, and blood potassium is within the normal range;
6. Accept the observation of this clinical trial voluntarily, have good compliance, and sign the informed consent.
1. Patients with unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis;
2. Patients with poor blood pressure control, SBP>160mmHg, or DBP>100mmHg;
3. Malignant tumor disease, hematological disease, neuropsychiatric disease or complicated disease (such as diabetes, hypertension) poorly controlled;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. People with allergies or known allergies to test drug components;
6. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month;
7. The 24-hour urine protein quantitative is less than 0.2g/24h or greater than 3g/24h.
