•1.The female met the above diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the age was more than 50 years old, and the modified Kupperman scale score was less than or equal to 30;
•2.Those who have not taken estrogen or have taken them but have stopped for more than 1 month;
•3.The patients with good compliance can take medicine for 2 months according to the doctor's advice;
•4.Those who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

•1.Patients with bilateral ovariectomy, ovarian tumor or premature ovarian failure;
•2.Patients with allergic constitution or allergic history of traditional Chinese medicine;
•3.Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system or patients with mental diseases;
•4.The patients who could not judge the efficacy, or the information was incomplete, which affected the efficacy or safety judgment.
