Inclusion Criteria

1. Adults (age more than 18 years)
2. Admitted in the medical intensive care unit within 24 hours
3. Having a tracheal tube and expect to on mechanical ventilation at least 48 hours
4. No contraindication for Moraceae or chlorhexidine mouthwash

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnancy
2. Sensitivity of anaphylaxis to herbal preparation and chlorhexidine
