1)Patient with chronicity of Tamaka Shwasa less than 10 yrs.
2)Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa described in ancient
Ayurveda text will be selected for present study such as;
Shwasa Krichchhata(Dyspnoea),
Ghurghurukama(Wheezing sound),
Kasa(Cough),
Asamyakanidra(Disturbed sleep),
Kantodhwamsa(Hoarseness ofvoice),Pinasa(Coryza),
Shleshma Vimokshante Muhurtam Sukham (After expectoration patient feels better),
Parshva Avgrihyate (Chest tightness),
Aasinolabhatesaukhyama (Comfortable in sitting position)
3)PEF reading above 50 to 100 percent
1)Patients suffering from the systemic or serious illness like Diabetes mellitus, Emphysema, Renal diseases and cardiac diseases.
2)Patients of Cor pulmonale, Cardiac Asthma and severe exacerbation.
3)Any acute systemic disease or Infection, with post covid lung disease/complication.
4)Pregnant and lactating mothers.
5)Any malignancy.
6)Acute & serious conditions require immediate intervention will be excluded.
7)PEF less than 50 percent
