入选标准
- •a)Postpartum LBP diagnosis
- •b)Aged 18 to 40, BMI<23.9 within one year of the onset of disease
- •c)The patient has signed the relevant informed consent, voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and insisted on completing the course of treatment
- •d)Primigravidae to avoid any confounding effects from previous pregnancies and deliveries
- •e)No speech or comprehension disorder, could understand the relevant score scale and cooperate to complete the treatment actively
排除标准
- •a)Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, autoimmune disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc
- •b)LBP caused by spinal malformation, spinal tumor, cancer metastasis, organic disease of genital and urinary system and tuberculosis, etc
- •c)Patients with LBP before pregnancy or patients have lumbar surgery or fracture
- •d)Women during pregnancy
- •e)Patients with bleeding tendency, severe allergy or severe skin ulceration
- •f)Patients with the use of other therapies or analgesics during the study phase
