Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with clinical diagnosis of Adhesive Capsulitis.
- •2\. Patients with prior corticosteroid glenohumeral joint injection for therapeutic purposes,
- •confirming a strong clinical suspicion for Adhesive Capsulitis.
- •3\. Patients with shoulder pain duration of \= 6 months prior to MRI.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with complete rotator cuff tears
- •2\. Patients history of fracture of shoulder joint
- •3\. Patients history of shoulder surgery
- •5\. Calcific tendinitis
- •6\. Severe osteoarthritis.
