Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of Adhesive Capsulitis.
2. Patients with prior corticosteroid glenohumeral joint injection for therapeutic purposes,
confirming a strong clinical suspicion for Adhesive Capsulitis.
3. Patients with shoulder pain duration of = 6 months prior to MRI.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with complete rotator cuff tears
2. Patients history of fracture of shoulder joint
3. Patients history of shoulder surgery
4. Tumors
5. Calcific tendinitis
6. Severe osteoarthritis.
