Inclusion Criteria
Chronic heart failure with 20%=EF=45% (based on Framingham criteria, NYAH Class I, II, III)
The level of 25 (OH) Vit D is less than 30 ngr / dl
Age over 40 years
Exclusion Criteria
Hypercalcemia
Osteomalacia
Taking corticosteroid medication
