Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with constricted maxillary arch
- •With or without unilateral or bilateral posterior cross bite
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Hypodontia
- •History of extraction
- •History of previous orthodontic treatment
- •Congenital craniofacial syndromes affecting the craniofacial growth like cleft lip and palate
- •Disorders affecting bone metabolism
