- •Individuals from both sexes.
- •Participants between 18\-25 yrs of age.
- •Participants having no history of co morbidities and gastrointestinal problems.
- •Not taking any medications from past 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals involved in regular sports or yoga.
- •Individuals engaged in any kind of stress management measures.
