Inclusion Criteria
Group A - Consist of subjects with periodontitis.
Group B - Consist of subjects with healthy periodontium.
Presence of minimum of 20 teeth
Subjects who have not received periodontal therapy within the last 6 months.
Those willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with systemic diseases like
Hypertension
Psychiatric problems
Presence of life threatening conditions like malignant tumor or radiotherapy either current or in previous 6 months
Bleeding disorders
Pregnant and lactating females
Those who are undergoing orthodontic treatment
Current smokers
Immunocompromised patient
