Study of electrocardiogram in Long QT syndrome patients
Phase 1
- Conditions
- ong QT syndrome (LQTS) is a hereditary arrhythmia disease. It causes disturbances to the ion flow through cell membranes of cardiomyocytes. These disturbances can sometimes seen in an electrocardiogram (ECG) or 24 hour Holter ECG. LQTS predisposes to cardiac arrhythmia.Therapeutic area: Diseases [C] - Cardiovascular Diseases [C14]
