All boys under 15 years old with meatal stricture

Exclusion Criteria

History of meatus surgery except circumcision
Urogenital system anomalies
Renal failure secondary to meatal stricture
Urinary reflux secondary to meatal stricture
Recurrent UTI

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The amount of meatal stricture with clinical examination and qualitative report of it. Timepoint: measuring meatal stenosis at the beginning of the study and then 2 month after intervention. Method of measurement: measuring will be done with nelaton catheter and will be reported in a qualitative way.
