- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method • Incidence of patients with left ventricular thrombus after myocardial infarction
• Prescribed antithrombotic therapy
• Change of size and thrombus modification of ventricular thrombi under oral anticoagulation therapy with DOACs or Marcumar based on a follow-up examination with TTE or cardiac MRI in the first 3 to 6 months from baseline
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Clinical outcomes:
• Documented/reported embolic events (stroke, myocardial infarction)
• Documented/reported bleeding events
• Documented/reported death
during the first 12 months after diagnostic confirmation of the ventricular thrombus and initiation of anticoagulation
