Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ? Diagnosed patient of nonspecific low back pain.
  • ? Patient who have agreed to sign informed consent and follow up the protocol.
  • ? Patient who will be ready to discontinue NSAIDS or any other medications for any other conditions.
  • ? Patient who will be having pain scale of minimum 30 mm.
  • ? VAS score will be used to quantify pain and restriction of movement as mild, moderate and severe.

Exclusion Criteria

  • ? Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 65 years.
  • ? Pregnancy and lactations.
  • ? Patients with systemic disorders like CRF, CLD and cardiac dysfunctions.
  • ? Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
  • ? History of urticaria.
  • ? Any skin disease on the localised area.
  • ? Other types of Arthritis (Tubercular, infective arthritis etc).
  • Patients who have low back pain due to specific and known etiological causes (infection, tumour, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture).
  • ?Patients who are planning for vertebra surgery.
  • ?Patients having any psychological disorders.

ntersuchung der antiinflammatorischen Eigenschaften von Clopidogrel im Vergleich zu Acetylsalicylsäure bei Patienten mit chronischer ischämischer KardiomyopathieDas Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, zu evaluieren, ob und welche antiinflammatorischen Effekte Clopidogrel 75 mg im Vergleich zu Acetylalicylsäure (ASS) 100 mg bei Patienten mit chronischer ischämischer Kardiomyopathie aufweist. Untersucht werden soll dieses mittels Evaluation der peripheren endothelialen Stickstoffmonoxid-(NO) Bioverfügbarkeit sowie durch Bestimmung der Spiegel zirkulierender Peroxidasen wie Myeloperoxidase (MPO) oder Xanthin Oxidase (XO).
