Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? Diagnosed patient of nonspecific low back pain.
- •? Patient who have agreed to sign informed consent and follow up the protocol.
- •? Patient who will be ready to discontinue NSAIDS or any other medications for any other conditions.
- •? Patient who will be having pain scale of minimum 30 mm.
- •? VAS score will be used to quantify pain and restriction of movement as mild, moderate and severe.
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 65 years.
- •? Pregnancy and lactations.
- •? Patients with systemic disorders like CRF, CLD and cardiac dysfunctions.
- •? Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •? History of urticaria.
- •? Any skin disease on the localised area.
- •? Other types of Arthritis (Tubercular, infective arthritis etc).
- •Patients who have low back pain due to specific and known etiological causes (infection, tumour, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture).
- •?Patients who are planning for vertebra surgery.
- •?Patients having any psychological disorders.
