Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma or COPD with non invasive ventilation. Age \= 18 years. Placement of EIT belt possible.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pacemaker or internal defibrillator, large wounds at the thorax in the area of the belt, patient that cannot give informed consent.
