The 21 years old pregnant women with elective cesarean delivery with sterilization at Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital between January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022.
1.abnormal placentation(placenta previa, placenta accreta) 2.previous fallopian tube surgery 3.previous gynecologic malignancy 4.take anticoagulation medication within 7 days before surgery 5.Hematocrit below 30% 6.preoperative fever
7.unstable vital signs 8.Obstetric complication such as PPH due to uterine atony 9.severe adhesion 10.BMI > 40kg/m2
