Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient will be selected Irrespective of sex,religion, marital status,education and economic status.

2.Patient operated for third and fourth degree haemorrhoids without any complication

3.Patient who have undergone elective Procedure.

4.Patient who are willing to Participate

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient of Haemorrhoids with major illness.

2.Patient of Haemorrhoids with associated

diseases like, Prolapse of rectum, Ca-rectum

3.Immunocompromised patient.

4.Non-cooperative Patient.

1.To study the effect of Karpura Ghruta on Post Haemorrhoidectomy Wound <br/ ><br>2.To compare the analgesic property and rate of wound healing of Karpur Ghruta and Metro-P ointment in Post Haemorrhoidectomy wound.Timepoint: 15 days.
