Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient with irrespective of sex, religion, economic status
2. Age between 20-70 years.
3. Patients operated for fistula in Ano without any complication
4. Patient operated for partial fistulectomy
5. Patient operated for complete fistulectomy
6. Wound size is 1-7 cm.
7. Cooperative patients.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Anaemic patients with Hb% less than 8 gm %
2. Immuno-compromised patients
3. Patient with multiple anal fistulae
4. Prolapse of rectum
5. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
6. Non cooperative patients
