1- Farsi-speaking, Persian and at least reading and writing literacy. 2. Satisfaction to participate in the study. 3. No known mental illness or have not been treated for mental illness in the past year. 4- The gestational age is 14 to 20 weeks and according to book care integration finding maternal health 95 countries is group high risk pregnancy. (Pregnancy under the age of 18 or over 35 years- are less than 3 years between pregnancies- Pregnancy 5 or more pregnancy- First pregnancy- height less than 150 cm-multifetal pregnancy- negative RH- Body mass index Abnormal -hard work- Addiction- unwanted pregnancy - Pregnancy combined with family planning methods- Preclampsia history-Diabetes-problems placenta and cord- posterm or preterm delivery-recurrent abortion-delivery hard-intrauterine fetal death - Cesarean section- Infertility- is the birth weight of a baby under 2500 More than 4 kg at the time of the birth - medical and physical problems, such as heart disease - high blood pressure - kidney disease - asthma - thyroid disease, coagulation disorder, tuberculosis .. 5 - No known mental illness, or in the last year events and stressful for mother or degree relatives . 6-. score mild depression (10-16) and moderate depression (17-24 years) ) From the Beck Inventory
1. Mother's unwillingness to continue in research work. 2. Conditions that the mother needs to have relative or absolute rest. 3- If the person under study has two or more absences in training sessions. 4. Abortion 5- Incidence of bad or stressful events during the study for the mother.
