Inclusion Criteria

Informed consent form
Iranian postmenopausal women living in Mashhad, From 45 years old to 55 years old
At least 12 months have passed since the last menstrual period or FSH more than 40
Natural menopause (no oophorectomy with hysterectomy)
Don't have chronic medical and psychiatric problem
literacy to reading and writing
Score from the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire 131 or less, Score from the Diener Life Satisfaction Questionnaire 26 or less, Score from the Scheier and Carver Optimism Questionnaire16 or less , score from the Beck Depression Inventory 28 or less

Exclusion Criteria

Experience an unfortunate accident within 6 months before the intervention
Using substances or drugs that cause psychological disorder
Taking menopausal hormone therapy now
Participating in other classes or educational programs about happiness

Happiness. Timepoint: The measurement periods will be before the intervention, immediately after the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: They will be measured through the standard Oxford happiness questionnaire.;Life satisfaction. Timepoint: The measurement periods will be before the intervention, immediately after the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: They will be measured by Diner's life satisfaction questionnaire.;Optimism. Timepoint: The measurement periods will be before the intervention, immediately after the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: They will be measured through sheer and Carver's optimism questionnaire.
