Inclusion Criteria
all patients who participated an eye screening project by the department of ophthalmology, Suddhavej hospital, faculty of medicine, Mahasarakham university.
Exclusion Criteria
the patient who reject to be enrolled, has a low response rate to the questionnaire interview, and has a physical limitation to an eye examination in fully upright position.
