Inclusion Criteria
1)ASA I&II Patients of either sex.
2)Age between 15-60 yrs.
3)Weight 40-80kg.
4)Patients planned for elective upper limb surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with cardiovascular diseases like coronary artery disease, hypertension
,heart blocks etc.
2)Patients with disease like diabetes ,peripheral neuropathy, coagulopathy.
3)Infection at the site of block .
4)Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic and patients on adrenoceptor
agonist or antagonists.
