Exclusion Criteria
Patient with associated disease like Heart disease, Tuberculosis, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cancer, HIV, Parenchymal Lung disease- Lung Collapse, Cardiac asthma, Pleural Effusion, Pneumothorax, Pregnant women, Lacting mother and any other chronic severe illness
